Biography

Dale McKay is a manufacturing technician with 11+ years of experience specializing in punch press operation, clamshell press operation, guillotine cutting, ultrasonic welding, pad printing, and quality control. Currently based in California, he started his career serving for the United States Army in various states and deployed to Iraq for Operation New Dawn. Working as a heavy equipment transporter, Dale also has experience with countless hours of driving and maintenance for the Oshkosh HET A1 and various other heavy equipment. After the military, Dale joined Spalding Drive Medical Supply, LLC in 2012 as a manufacturing technician and got to work helping design some of the machines and operating them to produce NoseComfort Eyeglass Support. Dale is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. He’s motivated by the mission to help individuals recover comfortably after nasal surgery and trauma to the nose. In his free time, Dale likes to snowboard, kiteboard, and mountain bike whenever he gets the opportunity.
